The BetàniaPatmos Private Foundation (hereinafter the Foundation), the owner institution of Escola BetàniaPatmos, aims to promote and facilitate contact between former students who feel linked to BetàniaPatmos and who are interested in establishing a stable relationship with the institution. To this end, it creates, promotes and supports the BetàniaPatmos Alumni Association (hereinafter referred to as Alumni), a community that, without legal independence, welcomes those former students who expressly wish to be part of it.
In turn, there are thousands of former students who, on the one hand, connect in a special way with the world and with each other. On the other hand, there are also many who want to strengthen through Betània Patmos Alumni a network of mutual help, synergy and return to the Escola / Fundació, simply because they believe that fostering the values of BetàniaPatmos contributes to build a better world.
Our center is the result of the merger in 1975 of the Betània schools, founded in 1941, and Patmos, founded in 1959. In 1984, the center took the legal status of a private foundation.
